Dr. Andrew Jacono has been selected by his peers and the New York Times as one of New Yorks Super Doctors specializing in facial cosmetic and plastic surgery. The super doctor list is created by asking physicians to nominate a peer that they themselves would choose when seeking medical care, in this case who they would choose for themselves or their family to perform their facial plastic surgery. The nominees are then evaluated on a number of factors to include disciplinary history, professional achievements, and peer recognition. Doctors with the highest total score from surveys, research, and peer review panels were then selected for the 2017 Super Doctor New York list.
Dr. Jacono has been nominated to the super doctor list for the past five years in a row and considered by both his peers and patients to be one of the best plastic surgeons in the country. Below is an excerpt from Super Doctor directory.
