The reverse brow liftis a very specialized revision browlift procedure that requires extensive background in forehead and scalp reconstructive plastic surgery. An incision is typically made along the front of the hairline, which tends to heal very nicely with little visible scarring if done carefully with specialized plastic surgery suturing technique. The hair-bearing portion of your scalp is then mobilized and brought forward allowing the brows to move downward to a position that you have decided on before surgery.  This also allows an elevated hairline to be moved down into a new lower position, looking more natural.
