Vaginal Rejuvenation (Procedure Benefits)

Information Regarding Vaginal Rejuvenation with Lasers in New York, NY

What is Vaginal Rejuvenation with Laser Tightening?

Women commonly experience excessive vaginal dryness, looseness of vaginal tissue, urinary incontinence, and painful/unpleasant intercourse. Natural aging and childbirth are major causes of these issues. Using the CO2 laser and a specially designed wand, we can correct these issues with one or more treatments.

How Vaginal Laser Tightening is Performed

co2 vaginal rejuvenation

The vaginal tightening procedure works by stimulating the production of collagen within the vaginal wall tissues. The process stimulates collagen production, to produce more and circulate it within the vaginal tissues. This tightens the tissue walls and restores a youthful appearance. Our board-certified plastic surgery associates can use laser rejuvenation for both the inner and exterior vaginal tissues.

This non-surgical procedure uses the Fraxel CO2 laser. This laser delivers controlled energy to the vaginal tissue leaving the surrounding tissue intact. As the tissue heats up, it stimulates new collagen production throughout the tissue. This procedure is an excellent option to reverse laxity and dryness which can lead to improved appearance and sensation.
