This beautiful 54-year-old patient was worried about her fallen cheeks, tired eyes, dropping jawline, and jowls. To address her concerns, Dr. Jacono performed a series of surgical techniques which started with his deep plane facelift technique to lift her cheeks to a more natural position. He coupled that with a necklift with platysmaplasty which smoothed her neck and jawline. To address her tired puffy eyes, an upper and lower blepharoplasty was performed. During the lower eyelid surgery, the lower eyelid bags are transposed into the hollows under the eye, which removes the dark circles and buildup of the upper cheeks. A lateral temporal lift and pstosis repair were also performed.

To complete the overall facial rejuvenation process, Dr. Jacono performed a lip lift to shorten the distance between the bottom of the nose and the top of the lip. With age, the distance between that region continues to grow and many patients find theylook tired and droopy. The after photo was taken three months post-operative. She feels fantastic and loves how young she looks again!

A lower eyelift coupled with a lateral temporal lift was used to reduce the under-eye bags and lift her brows. A platysmaplasty was completed to remove her neck bands leaving her with a smooth neckline. To complete the overall rejuvenation, he also performed a lip lift which raised her long and droopy lips.
