Just eight weeks after her facial plastic surgery with Dr. Andrew Jacono, this patient, a stunning 58-year-old, is glowing! Her primary concern was the aging of her face, forehead, eyelids, lips, and neck, and Dr. Jacono addressed all of these areas with a variety of procedures, including a mini facelift, platysmaplasty, lower blepharoplasty, temporal lift, lip lift, and fat graft.

The patient’s main goal was to rejuvenate her drooping cheeks, jowls, and hanging neck, and Dr. Jacono was able to achieve this by replenishing the significant loss of volume in her cheeks and temples with a fat transfer. Additionally, she desired to open up her eyes and improve the proportions of her upper lip and nose.

With a lateral temporal brow lift, Dr. Jacono was able to lift the corner of the brow while simultaneously lifting the upper eyelids and creating a more feminine arch to the brow. During the lower eyelid lift, he also transposed the fat bags under the eyes to fill in the tear trough.

Lastly, the lip lift surgery shortened the distance between the nose and upper lip, resulting in a slightly fuller upper lip. This is a highly effective technique as the upper lip tends to lengthen with age and gravity, making patients look instantly younger when lifted.

As evidenced by her stunning after photos, the patient looks like a younger version of herself, and her results are both natural and refreshed.
